How do I create a KeepUpp profile?
It's easy! Simply head to the PROFILE tab, click on "Create new profile," choose a "Standard profile" or "Student profile", give it a name
(Ex: Business, Personal, School), and complete it to fulfill your networking needs.
How do I share my KeepUpp profile?
It’s even easier! Simply head to the SHARE tab, choose the profile you wish to share, and let others scan your unique QR code. Alternatively,
share your profile through your phone's DM options by selecting the blue box with an arrow located at the top of the QR page.
Do people I share my profile with need to have the KeepUpp app?
Yes, they do. KeepUpp's dynamic profiles depend on both parties using the app to drive automatic updates for its users. If you share your
KeepUpp profile with someone who does not have the app they will be directed to the App Store/Google Play to download the free KeepUpp app.
What is the Unshare feature?
At KeepUpp privacy and ownership are our top priority: what you share, you can unshare. The groundbreaking Unshare feature allows you to
remove your profile from any of your Followers' devices. Unsharing not only removes them as a KeepUpp friend but also swipes your contact
information from their native contact app.
How do I unshare my KeepUpp profile?
To unshare your profile, head to the FRIENDS tab, click on "Followers", select the user you wish to unshare your profile with, and click
"Unshare". Shy about unsharing? Don’t worry, the user you just unshared won’t be notified.
How many KeepUpp profiles can I create?
Currently, you can create two profiles. However, we plan to add the ability to create up to five different profiles in the future.
How do I update my KeepUpp profile?
To update your profile, simply go to the PROFILE tab, select the profile you wish to update, click "Edit" in the top right corner, make your
updates, and then click "Done" to save your changes.
How do my Followers know when I update my KeepUpp profile? Do I need to reshare my profile?
Your Followers will receive a notification in the KeepUpp app if you update your profile. You do NOT need to reshare it: once you update your
profile, it will be automatically updated on everyone's phone that you have shared your profile with. Yeah! It’s that easy!
What's the difference between Following and Followers?
Following shows the list of users who shared their profile’s contact information with you. Followers shows the list of users with whom you
shared your profile, and who have access to your contact information.
How do I add direct links to my social media pages on my KeepUpp profile?
To add links to your social media pages in your profile, click on "add social media," then there are two scenarios:
- If the social media you want to add to your KeepUpp profile is in the predefined list, just add your social profile username.

If the social media you want to add to your KeepUpp profile is not in the predefined list, click "Add Custom Label", label your social
media, and add your social profile full URL.
How can I add a memo to a KeepUpp profile shared with me?
Want to add a personal note on a KeepUpp profile shared with you? You can add a note when adding your new KeepUpp friend, or do it later by
going to the FRIENDS tab, click on "Following," select their profile, click on the radiating icon at the bottom right of the profile, and then
click "Add note." Your text will be saved automatically, and will be only visible to you.
Can I change my first and last name on my KeepUpp profile?
For security reasons, first name and last name cannot be changed after saving your profile. However, in specific cases we can assist you in
changing your first and/or last name.

Can I change my KeepUpp username?
No, you cannot. However, we plan to add the ability to change your username in the future.
Is KeepUpp free?
Yes, it is. KeepUpp is a free app to download and use. Enjoy!
